Since 1987, Emily's Ice Cream has been proud to serve delicious homemade ice cream and ice cream cakes year-round. Located in a renovated Civil War-era building in the heart of Main Street in historic Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Emily's offers a cozy atmosphere and over 24 flavors of ice cream made right on the premises, including several sugar free options.
And now, you can also visit Emily's for coffee, tea, and other espresso drinks.

Choose from any of our flavors and fillings and our team will create a one-of-a-kind dessert for your event. Emily's was named after the original owner's daughter. For years, however, the name has had little significance within the shop.
Until now.
This often asked question is the basis of a new permanent exhibit which celebrates some of History's most significant Emilys: writers, actresses, First Lady, suffragettes, and many more. Visit the shop and see how many Emils you can name.
